For the current round of the Cultural Recovery Fund you must seek Permission to Apply from Arts Council England by completing the following documents and submitting them to ers@artscouncil.org.uk

You must demonstrate that your organisation is at risk of insolvency within 12 weeks of application without grant support.

We recommend that you check the Arts Council website regularly for any updates to the guidance. 

Fund Timeline

STEP 1: REGISTER ON GRANTUIM HERE if you are not already registered

STEP 2: PERMISSION TO APPLY opens 8th July and closes 30th September at noon. You should receive a decision within 5 working days.

STEP 2: FULL APPLICATION opens 15th July and closes 14th October at noon.  

FULL APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF BEING GRANTED PERMISSION TO APPLY

DECISION TURNAROUND TIME 6 WEEKS

Permission to Apply Review

Click below to upload your completed Permission to Apply template and cashflow. We will review the documents and come back to you with any suggested changes within 2 working days. You will be asked to pay the fee before you can submit.  

Bid Writing Support and Review

We will publish guidance documents and hold webinars to help you to write your own application as part of this service. We will then review your finished bid and suggest any changes or additional things to mention to maximise your chances of success. When you sign up you will be asked to pay the fee and we will then be in touch with resources and webinar details.
