Strategy development
Chichester District Council commissioned us and our friends at MAKE Associates to undertake a comprehensive baseline study of Chichester City Centre’s Evening and Night-Time Economy (ENTE) covering Chichester city centre. The baseline study follows the Purple Flag framework to help manage and raise standards of the ENTE and to inform further strategy development.
