Project management and grant writing

The ENTE and cultural sectors are intertwined and our work over the pandemic has been instrumental in helping to secure a future for a number of cultural organisations. 

Strategy development

The GLA appointed us to support London’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, working closely with the Night Czar and the 24 Hour London Team in order to help London’s local authorities and businesses  realise the opportunities of being a 24 hour city.

Our Colchester BID appointed us to develop an enhanced version of the Ask For Angela scheme to support increased safety and feelings of safety for women and other potentially vulnerable users of the city at night.

Chichester District Council commissioned us and our friends at MAKE Associates to undertake a comprehensive baseline study of Chichester City Centre’s ENTE.

Strategy development

Six Till Six been commissioned to undertake a review of Nottingham’s Night Time Economy safety provision and make recommendations to extend or improve provision. 

Strategy development

Six Till Six has been appointed to develop a strategy to support the successful and sustainable recovery of Colchester town centre’s leisure economy.

National accreditation schemes

The Association of Town and City Management commissioned us to review the interim asssessments for their Purple Flag accreditation.

Six Till Six has been appointed by North Notts BID to develop  research programmes that will inforn an NTE strategy for Retford and Worksop.

Our director, Sylvia Oates, was invited to become a member of the Hospitality Sector Council, a forum to facilitate cooperation between the hospitality sector and the government.

Funding support

We are experienced grant writing specialists to businesses in the leisure, hospitality and night time economy industries, with a good track record, having helped 50+ companies successfully apply for a total of £10.5million in Cultural Recovery Fund grants. 

Project Management

Six Till Six manages Best Bar None, the national Home Office backed scheme that recognises and rewards responsible licensed premises.

We have been supporting the licensed trade through Covid-19 by running a series of informative webinars and bringing resources and expertise together.

We have supported the development of All Hands To The Pump, an initiative to help those working in or with the licensed trade.

Project management

We have delivered the county-wide Best Bar None scheme for Nottinghamshire since 2014.
