GLA Business Friendly Licensing Rounds 1 and 2 supports the London Recovery Programme aligned with the Mayor’s ambitions for a 24- hour London, having regard for Night Time Strategies, Borough Street Space and Pilot High Street Innovation Zones. The project involved engagement & research with stakeholders to inform a report and recommendations for Local Authority leaders to provide ‘business friendly’ licensing/regulation, supporting high street recovery.

We designed and facilitated formal launch and culmination events, conducted 30 stakeholder interviews and engaged a further 200 stakeholders through a survey. We ran workshops to engage local authorities, designed and managed a grant application process, and delivered a final report for each stage including best practice cast studies.
