Six Till Six was commissioned by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority to develop a customised self-led online training platform to roll out Ask for Angela vulnerability training across all the towns throughout Greater Manchester.  Ask for Angela vulnerability training included modules on:

• Understanding Vulnerability
• Preventing Sexual Harassment
• Introduction to Bystander Intervention
• How Ask for Angela works in your business
• Supporting Someone Vulnerable

This self-led online training recognises that as hospitality businesses can struggle to release staff for in person training doe to recruitment and retention issues, this provides a flexible approach that allows people to access the training at a time that suits them. Pre and post training questionnaires allow analysis of how the confidence levels of staff have increased in dealing with potentially vulnerable people once they have been trained.
