London Heritage Quarter is the organisation operating the Business Improvement Districts in Victoria, Victoria Westminster, Whitehall and The Northbank. Six Till Six was commissioned to identify the priorities of local businesses to support their success by undertaking research and engagement.

The project identified two main themes of Being Safe, Felling Safe and Business Support with associated proposed projects to address these priorities to improve safety and engagement in the future produced in an action plan.
